Collision Test on In-line Rail Passenger

There are a number of passenger bodies to be built and customized locally. The testing on existing tracks would be benefit and of course we are running on simulation test and get such a result digitally, instead of real demo passenger bodies.


Automatic Extraction on RAILS

We invest on rail software to do automatic extraction on tracks and overhead lines. These help to deliver more accurate result and satisfy our customer's demands.

Digital Twin

Platforms and buildings are both transferred to PointCab and then finally modeled by Revit. After scanning and registration, point clouds would be a core template for modeling in 3D suit.

After UAV landed to the ground, the process of photogrammetry has been applied to covered area. With sufficient GCP on ground, a quality of images can be accepted. The following orthophoto is an output which overlays on CAD drawing for asset management. (GSD 2.5cm)
3D Laser Scan

Riegl-VZ400i is selected to be a survey machine on one day trip of scanning. GNSS RTK also pins point for each scanpose. With 2 staffs, we spent 4 hours to complete our mission with 50 scanposes. The cloud accuracy is about 3mm in line of 1.2Mhz.. An output of point cloud is here with RGB, reflectance, and amplitude.

Contour & Profiling
Place : Watabak Railway Station (สถานีรถไฟวะตะแบก)

To study topography of station, 3D Laser scanner is brought to capture all NEZ data. DSM (Digital Surface Model) is directly produced by scanner. In fact, DEM is required for topographic study accompanied with contour line and its profile. Terrain Filter helps to clear all trees and vehicles including human. Its algorithm is outstanding.
